Remain in control of time-sensitive material in SmartLibraries by adding an expiry date to individual files. Already available on an asset level, this feature has been extended for all SmartLibrary content.
Once an expiry date has been set, SAM administrators will be notified via email 2 and 30 days prior to the set date. This provides SAM administrators the opportunity to upload a new version of the existing content or delete entirely.
When the content has reached the expiry date, the material won't appear in the myINTERACT app for end-users until the SAM administrator manually re-activates it in SAM.
