Incorporate myINTERACT Usage Data into Your Single Customer View
A Single Customer View refers to a 360-degree view of a customer's interaction with an organisation. These interactions often cover multiple platforms including third party platforms like myINTERACT where healthcare professionals interact with your content. Identifying and consolidating these data sources into a single view can provide a better understanding of the healthcare professional’s needs and as a result, the opportunity to provide better customer service.
Rather than undertake full scale integration with your CRM or similar, we can provide an inexpensive way to include myINTERACT usage data as part of your single customer view.
myANALYTICS: How it works
1. Usage data captured
End user activity gets tracked on myINTERACT as tracking ‘events’ and data is stored in our Shared Asset Manager (SAM). We capture:
• Connection (end user) data i.e.growth over time
• Asset opens and duration
• Page level tracking and duration (where applicable)
2. Secure transfer of data
SAM usage tracking data is transferred to your data warehouse via Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP), a network protocol for securely accessing, transferring and managing large files and sensitive data. This can occur at a frequency of your choice eg monthly, weekly or even hourly to meet your needs.
3. Generate insights
As the data is now stored in your data warehouse, myINTERACT user activity forms part of a single view of the customer. Utilise Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau to create reports and generate insights to better understand the needs of healthcare professionals.
