Successful relocation of INTERACT’s Data Centre

On Sunday 18th June 2017, INTERACT Technology successfully  migrated its Data Centre from North California to Sydney as part of our ongoing efforts to improve scalability, security, disaster recovery and implement new product features.

Key benefits of the migration include:

  • Access more of the latest Amazon Web Services (AWS) features offered by the Sydney AWS region e.g. the ability to leverage Single Sign On in the near future and improved reporting and business analytics functions
  • Improved end-to-end encryption to meet healthcare information security standards
  • Improved reliability and auto-scaling capabilities to ensure system uptime and performance
  • Improved reliability and disaster recovery

Our End User Licence Agreement (EULA) and Privacy Policy has been updated to reflect this relocation.
