Shared Asset Manager (SAM) has been updated to enable the following new features and functionality:
Events
For events in myINTERACT it is now possible to:
- Manually re-order sessions in the agenda
- Add a colour to differentiate any session in the agenda
- Order URLs when assigning to sessions in agenda
- Include session description of up to 500 characters with a formatting editor to allow for line spaces, bold text etc
- Exclude speakers from speaker bio asset

On Sunday 21st October at 07:00 (UTC+11), a software update will be applied to Shared Asset Manager (SAM). We anticipate that this update will take approximately 60 minutes to complete.
During this time SAM will be unavailable. There will be minimal impact to nextINTERACT and myINTERACT:
- Updates to assets will be temporarily unavailable
- Data for any SmartForms and Sample Tracker submitted will be saved locally on the device until SAM is back online
- myINTERACT Desktop will be temporarily unavailable
- QR Codes and Passcodes will be temporarily inactive
Once the maintenance activities are completed all services will resume as normal.

On 7th September 2018 an issue was identified that reports generated from SAM were omitting page level data for PDFs in Smart Libraries when viewed on iOS devices.
The following reports were impacted:
- #55. Detail – Page Level Usage by File
- #56. Detail – Daily Page Level Usage by File and User
- #57. Detail – Raw data dump by Smart Library
An update has been released to the App Store today to rectify this.

An issue has been identified that is not reporting accurate page level data for PDFs in Smart Libraries. The following reports are impacted:

#57. Detail – Raw data dump by Smart Library
Usage on iOS devices is not currently being tracked so these reports only reflect usage on Android devices.
