This essential update was released to address an authentication issue causing directory and push notification assets to be inaccessible for iOS users.

A new version of myINTERACT is now available on the App Store (v5.2) and Google Play (v2.2).
New features include:
1. Single Sign-On (SSO)
myINTERACT now supports SSO in two ways:
- Drive traffic to existing digital channels by allowing healthcare professionals (HCP’s) to automatically authenticate their credentials to access password protected websites and portals
- Provision employee myINTERACT accounts as part of enterprise IT provisioning

On Sunday 16th June at 07:00 (GMT+10), a software update will be applied to Shared Asset Manager (SAM). We anticipate that this update will take approximately 60 minutes to complete.
The notification centre for myINTERACT Desktop is now available following the release of iOS and Android apps in April.
A history of myINTERACT notifications including connection and event invites and content updates is now accessible allowing users to scroll back and see what they have missed. Notifications are automatically archived after 30 days.
Access to the Desktop version is available via your browser here but for the best user experience download the app via App Store and Google Play.
